Easy enough to fix. If for ANY reason, when your order arrives, it does not meet or exceed your quality expectations, return it to us — no questions asked — for a complete refund. 

To qualify for a QSG (Quality Satisfaction Guarantee) items must be returned UNUSED, in the packaging and box you received them, along with the a Return Authorization Code you can obtain through customer service here at Avedon Colby. The Satisfaction Guaranteed products must also be reported within 30 days of the UPS delivery date.

EXCHANGES

If your need to exchange your product for another size, please contact our customer service center and they will provide you with the best way to make a speedy exchange. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and items must be returned unworn, and in the original packaging.
